Return & Refund Policy

At Katbite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@katbite.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@katbite.com to request a Return Authorization and the specific return warehouse address.
  • Package Your Item: Securely wrap the item in its original packaging and include your order number inside the box.
  • Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.
  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), Katbite will cover all return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Payment Method: The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal). Please note that it may take an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction to your account.
