At Katbite, we are committed to delivering our premium baking supplies to our customers across the United States as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, costs, and delivery timelines.

     1、Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively serve and ship to the United States (including the lower 48 states). Note: For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, additional transit time or restrictions may apply.
  1. Shipping Costs & Special Offers

To provide the best value for our bakers, we have a simple and transparent pricing structure:
  • Buy 2 or More Items: FREE SHIPPING on your entire order.
  • Single Item Orders: A flat shipping fee of $3.00 USD will be applied at checkout.
Tip: Stock up on your favorite parchment paper or muffin liners to take advantage of our free shipping offer!
  1. Fast Local Delivery (US Warehouse)

All orders are dispatched directly from our local warehouses within the United States.
  • No International Shipping Delays: Since we use domestic fulfillment centers, your package does not have to clear international customs.
  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 business day.
  1. Shipping Timelines

We understand that you need your baking essentials promptly. Our standard delivery window is:
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days.
  • Carrier Partners: We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely.
Please note: Delivery times may be slightly extended during peak holiday seasons or due to extreme weather conditions.
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
  1. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have left our warehouse. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.
  1. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
  1. Check with neighbors or building management.
  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely).
  3. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us at serice@katbite.com within 7 days of the "delivery" date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
