At Katbite, we strive to deliver your baking essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Our logistics team works hard to ensure your order arrives on time.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our current shipping estimates:

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Number and a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to sync with the carrier's system.
5. Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Katbite is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during the purchase process.
6. Customs & Duties
For international orders, all customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
